    I have the same issue but mine is under the driver's side headlight. This probably happened when some dumbass removed the grill to replace headlights and either half ass the re-install or just outright didnt replace the part.

    Got the gas mileage down to 13mpg! Modification complete
    Just bought mine off eBay and ordered duplicolor paint to match it. Cost me about 20 buck total. I agree it is annoying when it was missing:)
