I have an 04 Tacoma it seems to idle at about 800rpms. Occasionally when I go to start it it acts like there is no fuel. The second time I turn the key it fires right up. Could this be the EGR valve? I assume that valve controls the fuel pressure after the truck is shut off? Thanks

Ok just researched EGR valve and don't think that's it. I'm thinking the fuel pressure regulator?
