Level or a slight rake?

If this has been asked before, please disregard, I did not find anything in a search.

Do you like your truck to sit level or have a rake, rear end slightly higher?

 

I like mine level not the greatest pic sorry. Toytec 3'' spacer with aal in the rear

 

To me, the logical thing is to have a slight rake in the rear, then when you place a load in the rear, the truck will be level and still have the nice look to it. When it's already level and you add weight(assuming the rear is weak/stock), you will get the "bro squat". That's my opinion though.

Slight rake for the occasional heavy load. Mine's level right now because of the weak factory rear springs, looks badass actually, but only if I keep nothing heavy in the back.

My blood pressure goes through the ceiling when I see the "bro squat". Perhaps someone can explain the rationale, but to me it just looks stupid and I don't see the point of wrecking the reason for the existence of your truck, namely, to carry stuff.

Level. Air bags for loads and no goofy everyday nosedive.

 

I had mine level but got the vibs... also, when the boat was hooked up the headlights were aiming up in the air. Lowered the front and inch and the problems wen't away.

 

Heres mine with the aal with a 17ft whaler, about 3000 lbs behind me

 

i like the raked look. i adjusted my headlights up and bam all set.

I like a bit of a rake so that the truck is level when I put weight in the back. Looks like the truck's about to pounce.

The level stance looks good but for me I need to keep at least the stock rake

 

100% THIS! If you do a lot of hauling or towing you should want to have a little rake.
