    Bone stock. For now.
I'm with the majority here; I can be of absolutely no help in removing them. That being said, I think you should leave them anyways. I think they are unique and well-placed. That color combo looks great!

Not that my opinion matters, but I don't like the stripes either. From going through your build thread it looks like you used rattle can spray paint. I had a d-bag graffiti on the side of one of my cars in storage and it was a few summer months before I could get to it. When I finally was able to I ran over to Home Depot and picked up some graffiti remover. That removed maybe 99% of it. Most of the remainder came off with a clay bar from the detailing section of O'Reilly Auto Parts. The small amount left isn't visible unless you get close.

You could try brake cleaner in the aerosol can. That stuff will take off spray paint, but I like em man. id just leave it on. Looks good and makes your truck that much different than all the others.

you could also use oven off firs spray it on a rag then lightly rub it. probably will dull your clear but should buff out. if there really stuck on there and your brave you can tape off the red and spray it on there and let it sit for a min and rub off. may take several tries before its all off just go slow and be patient.
