    Actually I fixed it. I plugged the cluster up without the needles then put the needles on where they should be. False alarm guys.

    Well guys ran into another problem. My speedo, odometer, and trip odometer are not working. My guess is I didn't plug something in all he way? Is there anything else it could be?

    Does your truck have a cable driven speedo, or is it electric? Maybe you forgot to plug it in?

    its a cable. but I haven't checked but I just don't feel like taking it all apart at the moment.
