Is it possible to have no taco lean at all? I've measured my truck when it was full of gas, and damn near empty. From front center hub to fender was 22 1/2" on both sides exactly. It does have the OME lift with 880 springs. There is not a 5mm trim packer (picture shown) on the driver's side or the passenger side (duh). And I only weigh 160 lbs, if that matters...

I'm just trying to get everything squared away before I order the "10mm lift enhancer kit". Looking to add close to an inch of lift up front to take most of the rake out of the truck... not all of it, but most of it.

to get rid of my taco lean completely it took a 5mm trim packer and a 3/8 inch spacer on the drivers side after installing 882s.

I was just about to order the 5mm trim packer... But the truck sits perfectly level.... I don't understand it...

could be that the suspension on it is very new. The pics you posted in the other thread they look almost new. So hasn't gotten wore down yet.

My truck was no different after i lifted it. Had no taco lean for a long time. the more i abused it with offroading the more i its started to show.

I don't have it bad though as i have loaded the truck on the passenger side now to help balance the weight out with a second battery and tire and stuff. But even if its visible..i don't mind anymore. Its kinda a signature thing.

I wouldn't worry about it. even when it does become a bit noticeable.

I have a pretty bad lean. Even after OME 883s and dakars w/AAL. It wasn't bad when I first installed it but it popped up after flexing it out and hauling a few loads. Now I tend to put all my tools and gear on the passenger side to help. It works a little but it's still pretty noticable.

Interestingly, I had no "Taco Lean" until I changed my springs. The TSB leaf pack has different heights for the driver and passenger sides as can be seen in the photos. My Deavers had no R/L designation and now I have a slight lean to driver.

Wheelers Alcan have designated Driver and Passenger sides too.

Yeah, error on my part going with the Deavers but Alcan was taking forever just to get back to me, never mind actually getting the springs.

Well if you get Wheelers Alcans you don't go directly through Alcan. Wheelers has them premade by them. Alcan can take a while yes.

I would have done that; for some reason I have always had the (mis) understanding that you had to deal with Alcan.

Yeah, I figure I'll wear these out pretty quick so maybe I'll give Alcan another call. They should be ready by the time I kill the Deavers.

Impressive rig you got there by-the-way! Your Dad's is no slouch either.
