I get a on-off kind of squeak noise when I drive my truck at low speeds. My friend says it's coming from all my wheels, but I can can hear it from the rear left real well. It seems to get louder when I flex and put the weight on that wheel. And I can hear it off road so it's not just tire noise. Does it sound like my bearings/hubs are going bad? They do have 156000 miles on them. It's not a roar, just a ssss ssss ssss kind of noise

Well first thing I would do is jack up each wheel and give it a spin and listen for the noise again... Sounds to me you may have a caliper sticking.

    Brakes still in spec?

    Carrier bearing good?

    Leaf spring bushings lubed?

I'll give it a try. I know it's not my carrier bearing, or my leaf springs. My leaf springs do creak but that's a different noise. This is coming from my wheels. It's in the front left as well

Hrm. Brakes. Wheel bearings are unlikely. Up all four corners and spin and shake stuff.

It was my brakes. They were worn, and full of mud. Gotta stay out of the mud holes!
