    My door sticker says A/TM B03A / A340F.

So I have an A340F automatic transmission, and the B03A means

    • B - 8" ring gear
    • 03 - 4.10 gear ratio
    • A - 2 pinion gear, open

    correct?

Toyota Differential Identification does not appear to have been updated since 2000, and the has been taken down.

That should be correct, and as far as I know, that is an accurate table. I had the same code and ratio in my '99.

To double check, you could always jack up one of the rear tires, with the transmission in neutral, and count the driveshaft rotations in relation to tire rotations. (considering that since only one tire is rotating, 2 spins of the tire = 1 real world spin). So you should see about 4.1 driveshaft turns for every 2 tire spins.

    Thanks!

For anyone following along at home, or who found this post while searching, I looked at the sticker on my driver side door jamb and found the axle code. But a picture is worth a thousand words:

Once you have your axle code, you can either go to that first link in my first post above, or use the following table kindly provided by ethanfoy in the gear ratio(im new at this) thread.
