what are you trying to do? prerunner to 4x4 swap?

I am pretty sure you are going to need the 4x4 ECU or be pretty good with a wiring diagram. Did you get the plugs/harness for the t-case?

Im going to step out on a limb and say you would be better off with a J-shift T-case... No wiring..

Was a PreRunner, now it isn't
I take it you're converting. It can be done. I have installed this setup in my truck and wired it independently of the truck to shift into and out of 4wd. You do not need a 4wd ecu. Let me get back with you on the parts needed to wire this up.

The electric transfer case and manual are the same. The only thing that changes is the 4cyl 5 speed t-cases have a 26 spline input, The 3.4L auto and manual transmission and the 4cyl auto have 23 spline. The 4cyl auto case has a forward shift T-case (atleast my 99 did). Point being, if it came from behind a v6 3.4l, it will bolt to either trans. If it cam out of a 4cyl, its transmission specific. With that said, most of the parts are the same, so you could use parts from one in another... If you wanted to tear into one...
