Rough Estimate - new gold drivers fender

Could any body guys give me a rough estimate how much it would be for a new drivers front fender, headlight fill piece, and black flare w/labor. And an estimate for repainting the drivers door.

Long story short I had a near encounter with a big rig and subsequently a guardrail. Drivers fender is smashed in, and the door now also needs to be repainted due to the front edge hitting the smashed in fender when opening it. I know I need a new bumper, but I'm just getting the trail gear one to match my tube rear bumper. Still deciding whether i want to claim it or not. Any help would be appreciated with estimated costs.

Truck is an 02 sr5 xtra cab, gold color.

If I can find some Glassworks fenders, you can buy my gold stock fenders. Except the passenger one has a giant hole in it.
