I hear a wine when I let off the clutch...it quits when I'm in neutral and I let off the clutch..but as soon as I slightly push the clutch it starts making a wine...before the clutch even engages, you can hear it wine..if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate!

Throw-out bearing is a good possibility. That's what it sounds like to me.

Generally clutch noise with the pedal down is going to be the throw out bearing. If that is the case, when you replace it only use an OEM Toyota part. Aftermarket clutch kits are fine, but go OEM on the throw out bearing (even though a clutch kit will come with one).

I thought throw out bearing made a cricket/chirping noise? This noise I'm hearing is just a constant squill as soon as I start pushing the clutch in...it's not unbearably loud and it only does it while I have it in gear and the clutch pushed in and while I'm driving..setting in neutral with no clutch, it makes no noise

I have learned that throw out bearings can make different noises. I have replaced some that made a bit of a rrrr noise when pushed. The last one made noise when it was released. That one confused me. When you put slight pressure on the pedal, it stopped. It was an OEM Toyota bearing. Put another OEM Toyota bearing in and all is good.
