Only starts with scanner plugged in

    97 Taco 2.7 will only start and run with scanner plugged in. When I unplug it, it will not hit a lick, like no fuel. Thanks for any advice

    Found the problem, one bolt on intake ground was loose. Well at least it made me buy a scanner.
