I had a setup exactly like Johnnies, running 10" FOA RR with OME Dakar springs. Revalved them twice, played with the pressure in them, and I could get them no where close to comfortable. My truck road like an 18 wheeler, my kidneys would hurt from driving 20 min plus. Replaced with Icons, and made a world of a difference. IMO stay away from the FOA's, not worth the hassle. Cycle your suspension, once you get it dialed in, the result will blow your mind.

what was your valving on your foas? and everyone can say what they want i dont care ive seen my cousin put in work and beat the shit out of them and the jeeps oem parts broke not the shocks. im wondering if i should go light or extra light. im worried if i go extra light ill have to much spring action when the rebound back because its so light. maybe a extralight compression and a light rebound? idk im just frustrated cause ive spent so much money on the rear set up and it rides like a brick

Originally had them med/med, then revalved to light/ medium. When I contacted them they told me light medium was going to be my best bet. You can always try softer and see what the result is. Search around on other forums and see if others run them with that setup and get their opinions.
