Heater

    The heater (fan) for the last few weeks has worked and then not worked.
    Now it does nothing at all. No air movement, no sounds etc. Fuse(#40) looks fine to me.

    No speeds work?

    Did you lose the lower speeds then the high speed last?

    See if ya got power & ground @ the motor. If you have no power, the blower motor resistor is a common failure. If there's no power at the motor, check for power at the resistor plug. If there is something there, try a resistor. If there's nothing going into the resistor, that's uncommon but probably a fuse/wiring issue.

    i have the same problem but i have replaced it all but the fan and it tested good so lost now

    all speeds. Thanks for the info. I'll see what happens, and probably end up at the mechanics for I have limited skills in this area.

    Just got mine fixed. I noticed in the fuse box the heater fuse port melted a little so I had a free port one down from it, moved the two wires that bolt on to the fuse down to that port, put the fuse in, and fix my problem. Might want to give that a try if you have replaced the relay and the restrictor.
