Prerunner Brake Rotors

I have a 2001 Tacoma Prerunner extracab and I need new brake rotors. I plan on putting on the ebc green stuff pads with ebc slotted rotors. The rotors that I keep seeing say they are for a 4wd and there is no pre runner option. I know the rotors for the pre runner are the same diameter as the 4wd, but is it the same rotor? I just want to make sure the hubs aren't different or something.
Also, Would it be ok to remove and reinstall the wheels with the lug nut wrench in the spare tire kit? I don't have a torque wrench and I don't want to spend money on one now. I am going to buy new tires as well so I plan on taking it to the tire shop right after, so they will only go about 20 miles before being reinstalled and torqued down properly.

I believe they are the same identical rotor. Could be wrong though. As for using the tire iron that came with the truck there is nothing wrong with using it to remove and reinstall the lugs.
