    New Bilstein HD rear shocks

New Headlight assemblies and Philips Crystal Vision Ultra bulbs.....so much brighter than stock

Also I am currently working on a front bumper mount for my 13" LED lightbar.....Since I am a welder and we have a machine shop where I work, I have access to 4 HAAS CNC machines, plus 2 manual CNC machines.....I made the mount out of 2" x 3" Alum. angle.....milled out some spots and drilled some holes so I can mount it in the license plate location (when mounted it doesn't move at all)

Hoping to get it all mounted and wired up this coming week.....will post pics

Great looking truck man! I like that light bar your building. I'm going to college now for CNC machining and I'm currently working on a light bar mount for a 20" led light bar too. Keep up the good work man!

Well I finally got around to ordering my Bilstein 5100s and my rear leaf springs.....my stock springs are original with 175k on them and are basically flat when unloaded

Also ordered new coil springs, poly. isolators, new hardware front and rear, new u bolts, and new rubber shock bushings

I plan to take some pics before, during and after when I finally get around to installing all of this

Well finally got around to installing my new leaf springs (original size ordered from rock auto.com).....these actual gave me almost 1.25" of lift in the rear due to the old ones being worn slam out

Also installed my 5100s in the front (set on middle setting) and got almost 2" of lift before alignment

I would recommend NOT trying this w/o a spring compressor.....I got the passenger side off w/ no problem but putting the new stuff on proved to be a PITA

Went to O'reilly auto up the road and rented me a spring compressor and it worked like a charm......It took me less time to do the whole other side than it did to just get the passenger side back together

Will post the pictures I took when I upload them from my phone......all in all it took me about 4 hours for the rear (last sunday) and about 4 hours for the front (today)

Here are the rear leaf springs: old ones on the right and new ones on the left (both stock size, no lift in them)

Old front shocks (these had rebound at all.....had to pull them back out by hand)

New 5100s installed.....set on middle setting (LF is pictured)

Pic from the front.....going to get it aligned on friday

Old worn out leaves that will be for sale shortly.....hoping somebody local to Raleigh, NC wants these for cheap ($40 for both).....PM me if anyone who sees this is interested

    Will post side shots later
