Light mount on a 1996?

    4.56 ECGS regear, Wheelers 6 leaf pack, Eibach coils, Bilstein 5100s, AR Baja wheels, 33 BFG ATs, Line-x
    I have a pair of rigid D2s that I need to mount on my truck but I can't find any mounting bars that are made for these years.

    I am using them as fog lights in a way so no hood brackets. Is there a company that makes light bars for the 1995-1997 Tacoma?
