Strange air sound from dash or under dash passenger side

    I have a air whirring sound that seems to be coming from the passenger side foot well. It sounds kind of like the cabin fan but it's not on and gets louder with acceleration and goes away momentarily when the clutch is depressed. Any thoughts? Thanks
