Strap your wife underneath (make her comfortable) and give her a flashlight and a cell phone. She will see what it is and can call you. You can call her back and tell her how much you REALLY love her now that she has done this favor for you.

Well I'm in the process of swapping lower ball joints. Don't think there is anything wrong with the ones on there, but I had some moogs laying around that I bought just in case I ever needed them. If the problem persists at least I will have ruled out LBJ's. I read the recent reviews on the moogs regarding tearing boots, so we'll see how long the rubber lasts for me on stock suspension.

Question: While removing the driver side LBJ a black washer fell out and I didn't see where it came from. I have the 4 washers for the 14mm bolts. Do one of these bolts have 2 washers maybe? Can't account for where this 5th washer goes.

The washer was from the rubber boot protector thingy. There are 2 washers per side to prevent the bolts from ripping the rubber.

LBJ's didn't fix the problem. The old ones are easy to twirl around, but don't have any excess play or anything. Probably would have been fine for a while. At least that's eliminated and I don't have to worry about those things collapsing when I'm going down the freeway.

depends, if lifted by way of suspension it's a little weird at first but soon get used to it.. If lifted by way of spacers/blocks ,etc: i wouldn't take it off, too much body roll..

try taking the sway bar off and see if your noise goes away. It takes like 10 minutes to unbolt the sway bar and end links. Wish I'd have done it months ago...
