Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
Try running your engine for a minute or so, then feel the lines. The one that's hotter should be your radiator in.

I added a Hayden cooler to mine. Took maybe an hour to do, and I'd never done anything like that before. One thing I read was to get an extra 4' of hose from an autoparts store ahead of time. I ended up needing it as well since the supplied hose wasn't long enough for both in/out. It was pretty cheap and saved me time in the middle of the install.

How big and what style of cooler? I disconnected the lines and had someone else start it while I looked at where the fluid came pumping out from. You could Also add a magnetic inline filter while your at it

How did you rout the lines?
Did you bypass the radiator and go straight to the cooler?
I'm going to rout it like this.

    Trannyhotoil-radiatorin-radiatorout-incooler-outcooler-intrannycoldoil.

^Yes, do it like this. It's an additional cooler, not a replacement.

Look at the picture in the post I linked above. See the tranny cooler right in the middle.? Look above it - see how there is one open row of radiator? I should have moved the T-C up one more row so it was at the very top.

The reason being is that the way the hoses come out the bottom, there's a little curve to them before they go back through the body holes. When I had everything back together the first time, I noticed that I could see the hoses from the front. Cosmetic oops. You can see them in this picture. I've since had everything apart again and finessed the hoses up a little more with some zip ties. You can't really bend the hose much because you don't want to crimp it off.

It bothered me...a LOT and that was the first thing I fixed the next time I had the front end off.

I'm installing more of a cosmetic cooler with braided lines
It's a mishimoto and looks like an intercooler.

I'm doing it mainly as a safety precaution as heat is the #1 reason for death of these transmissions but looks is a big concern of mine.
I'm the kind of guy that corrects his paint every 2 months and waxes it once a week and spray waxes it every morning.

I'm replacing all the over flows, power steering tanks, and water tanks with polished aluminum tanks with beaded hoses.

Passenger side of the radiator is the inlet, driver side is the outlet going back to the tranny. I have a TRD (Hayden) cooler as my secondary cooler. Since there isn't a filter I have a magnafine filter between both coolers.
