I have an 04 Tacoma prerunner 2wd with a 2 inch front leveling kit and 265/75/16. I want to swap out my leveling kit with a 3 inch and an inch on the rear so I can run 33s. I want to know if I will have to regear or anything else. Can ya'll help me out?

'Have to' and 'wanting to' are different things. It all depends on the type of driving you do, future plans, type of tires you want to run, and how much you care about acceleration. You also never said if you are a 4cyl/v6 or single/xtra/double cab.

The reason I say this is because I have a similar truck and am running 265/75-16 Goodyear MT/R's. They are much heavier than the tires I replaced them with (same size though). I immediately noticed an acceleration difference here in the high altitude and hills. I am going to regear since I don't do much highway driving. I want the gearing for pulling hills when loaded, better control offroad, and a small bit for the acceleration. If you have the v6 and don't care about acceleration, you'll probably be fine with 4.10 gears (assumption since you never stated gear ratio).

I ran 285/75r16s with the MT on 4.10 for awhile. It was doable but couldn't come off the line worth crap and I'd be dropping down into 4th and 3rd more often on hills.

Many of the guys running the AT show no strong desire to regear but I don't have first-hand experience. BoxRocket's build comes to mind.

I have a v6 double cab and its the stock gears. I am wanting to run all terrains and they are 8 ply. I don't do a lot of highway driving and I don't go offroad.

There's really no hills where I live. What gear ratio do you suggest I go to if I decide to?

I have an 04 tacoma sr5 4 cylinder and I run 33's and it does just fine and it still scoots on pretty good if it has too don't believe that the gearing has been redone.

Did you have to do anything else to your truck to run 33s?

Check your current ratio via the VIN. I'm guessing 4.10 but unsure.

If you verify that you have 4.10 and Since you have the AT and the V6, I'd try 'em and see if you feel the need to re-gear.
