It might be time to get a bigger truck. I'm getting fatter everyday. How much above kbb can some one ask for a truck with an sc? Or do I just take it out and sell it out right? These trucks are worth alot without the sc anyway. Truck has 131k on it. Sc has around 10k after rebuild. Curious what you think. Sell it with or without the supercharger?

Well, given the options above (with or with) I'm going to have to say "with" :D

The sc comes off pretty easy. Messing with the belts is the worst part. I don't mind removing it though. Not a big deal. Just trying to get the most money out of the truck if it's worth the time

Sell without S.C., separate the S.C. Most people are afraid of engine mods. Vast majority of buyers, look for factory unmolested engines...I.M.H.O.

Unless you're selling it to someone who is either into cars/trucks on the modification level most people won't really get what what the SC is and why yours costs more than one without it. You'll also run into people who will be unnerved by aftermarket (as in non-factory installed) boost when buying a used truck.

Sell it separate either on the forums, craigslist or eBay. They still fetch a good amount of money as I'm sure you know.

Although you could put it on the forums/ebay with the SC and probably get some good attention. People like us love the idea of supercharger.

I'll swap you my stock intake parts for your supercharger and throw in a bedrack too. :)

I concur with the above posters saying sell it without. Chances are the person buying it just wants a reliable truck and isn't someone who's into aftermarket mods. Personally, I also wouldn't want to buy a truck that has had mods to the engine (you never know how hard the person ran it). You'll get more money for the items separate. I'm sure peeps on TW will buy the SC.
