I recently bought a 2002 Tacoma and I just changed all my fluids. I used Redline 75w-90ns in the diff's. My rear is a locker, . I'm a Redline fan. A little expensive but I think its good stuff.

you can't go wrong with redline at all. I use it for my transfer case and tranny. But I use regular 75-90 in the rear with friction additive. Redline in the tranny has helped my shifting though a lot because it CAUSES friction in your shifting linkage. This is good for a manual trans but not good for an auto tranny. hope this helps.

evertaco23, don't make us force you into buying redline for your rear end. It is expensive. my next pick WOULD be mobil 1. I only use mobil 1 10w-30 in my engine for your info, I think mobil 1 will be the only oil I'll ever use in any of my present and future trucks for the engine.

I have to agree.... I also use Mobile 1 10w-30 in the engines of all my cars.
