I lifted my 01 4rd with a 2.5 OME front and darak PAC in the rear. I bought 255 85 16 toyos but I'm rubbing in all 4 corners.... I bashed in my front fender for more clearance but it still rubs when flexed. The rears rub too on the front of the rear fender..... I was thinking about a long shackle for the rear and a 2inch coil spacer ..... Will I have issues with a spacer up front with my OME coils?

    Don't do anything like that!
1 Get and alignment and push the caster forward. Caster being out doesn't affect your tires.
2 Replace the fender flare bolts with washers and flat screws.
3 Trim the front lower part of your rear flare with a dermal tool.
If you need pictures let me know. I run 255's and OME as well

^This^! I had issues rubbing on the front of the rear wheel wells when flexed out too. I just trimmed the lower flare and the inner liner where I was having issues. I'm on 255 Cooper's with OME too.

I had to do many sessions of trimming after my lift and with my 10" wide wheels (12 1/2" wide tires).
Can you post pictures of the rubbing spots? Is this when wheels turned at max or even when straight?

Guys here run 37s and don't rub. If you're on 33s and rub, you definitely haven't bashed them as much as you can!

Guys are running 37's with 2.5 inches of lift? That's impressive !!! Its more effort to post pics than fixing the issue for me lol. I'd like the extra lift anyhow ..... I still haven't built my bumpers and rocketet yet...... The front is gonna sag once I put 200lbs ( winch and bumper ) up front..... I went with the beefy coils cause of this. Now for the rear I think I might go with a slightly longer shackle .....and plug weld my spring perch and redrill the hole and 1/2 -3/4inch further back than stock....... No matter what the tires will rub in the rear when the rear end is fully stuffed........believe me I'm not new to this kidda stuff..... I'm new to keepin stuff stock... Well some what lol....I'll take your suggestions and see who had the best idea........now for the front will a 1.5 spacer + my lift act like crap off and on road? My whole idea of this build was minimal work for a good bush/ street truck. I don't want a shopping cart. Anyhow I'm 10 deep into a case so I'm rambling

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Stock wheels or aftermarket? Wheel specs?

For the rear I was thinking axle relocation plates like TomTom said. They will center your axle/ center the wheels in the wheel well.

Do you rub with normal driving or are you referring to rubbing when the suspension is flexed?

Flexing and rubbing is a given with our trucks on 33's. I run 33x10.5 and for daily driving I'm fine, but when I flex and turn the wheel I get all kinds of rubbing. Trim what you can and if it's still too much then do a cab mount chop

Shouldn't have to chop the cab mounts with 33s. Beat back the pinch weld. Push the caster forward if that doesn't work. I'm running 285/75r16s on 16x8 w/ 4" BS and only rub spot is on the frame. That's at whatever full stuff and full lock I can manage with the IFS.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.

    do

    NOT!!!!

Put a spacer on top of you coil overs.

Unless you want to bind your CVs all the time as well as UBJs and LBJs and basically destroy the whole front suspension of the truck and have it ride like complete and utter crap...then go ahead.

Trust me when i tell you..you can trim more...believe me. haha i have 35s and tubbed the fire wall..but for 33s you have to get extreeeeemmmmllllyyy friendly with it. Beat the fucking shit out of it man. I know you love your truck, i love mine more then a human being should. But, its for the better :) haha
