I have my truck in the shop getting the suspension installed today and they called and said the UCAs wont work with the stock knuckles. I'm no mechanic but I thought these things would bolt right in no? They said the new ball joint on the LR UCA and the stock knuckle are like trying to pair up two males instead of a male/female.

3" lift Up front(Donahoe Racing ext. travel coil overs, Camburg UCA's), 1.5-2" lift in the back(aal and some billy 10" stroke short bodies), Bushwhacker Cut-Out fender flairs, 16"x10" Procomp Street locks, and 305/70 Procomp X-Terrains.
They fit in there perfectly. I installed my brothers and it took me 30 mins a side. The ball joint is supposed to sit upside sown in the spindle and the butt bolts to the uca.

Thanks. Yeah they were doing it wrong, but I also realized I had the wrong UCAs. I had the ones for years models+05 instead of first gen. Looks like I'll be sending these back to headstrong off road. I got the OME springs, 5100s all around and wheelers 1.5 lift leafs all installed so I'm still happy. Truck rides nice and sits real nice
