I used to average about 320-330 miles per tank with the stock tires my Tacoma came with.

Now with BF Goodrich All Terrains' its' about 310.

    Did the size change?
    Load range?
    Air pressure?

A simple (like) tire for tire change shouldn't drop mpg much if at all should it?

I fill up my tank on empty (rarely when the lights actually on though) and shoot to get about 280 out of a tank! I drive about 65% highway and 35% city. I stopped tracking it by math but if I get 280 out of it I think I'm right around 17 MPG. I have a 2002 double cab 6 cylinder.

All terrains got pretty aggressive tread design so better traction=sticks to surface better decreasing mpg. I think.....

i see 150 miles to get to half tank and usually fill up just at under 1/4 tank at around 225-240 miles.

I was getting 260-270 before light would come on...on 33's, long bed double cab, headers, y pipe, maf cal. Since I took my y-pipe off my light comes on at around 240...go figure.

I'm curious what made you ask that? Did you not own a toyota before the question?
Yes 300 miles per tank is good.

    Neither should the 2nd genners.

When my truck was new (to me) and was wearing 31" Highway/AT's I regularly got 300 miles to the tank or close to it.

Scangauge is showing 17mpg average which puts me right around 250 miles per tank.

I'm in a 2014 DCLB Sport 4X4 V6 and I've gotten 303 and 306 in my last two tanks. I didn't get an empty light either time and was just a hair under and just a hair over 20 MPG on those two tanks, which I'm reasonably happy with. I pulled my 3000 pound boat today for the first time to the lake and back and suspect I won't be too excited about the next tank though.
