Toyota is the most efficient manufacturer in the world.

They've employed Lean and Six Sigma for many years. Considering how many more vehicles they produce and sell compared to Nissan, I really wouldn't be worried.

Another recall rodeo,,and all are involved it seems.

[Last month, the Japanese automaker reached a settlement with the U.S. Justice Department to pay a $1.2 billion penalty for hiding information about defects in its cars. It earlier paid fines of more than $66 million for delays in reporting unintended acceleration problems.]

Not to be nitpicky,,but hiding info about a faulty part does not instill confidence or prompt plus sales. They fined them for being slow to report,,but they did report at least. 1.2B is a good slap, and it put them on there toes about getting that info out quicker. Lets hope they learned.
