    Just got new wheel bearing,the package had tape around it so naturally i checked it out. I'm not an expert on bearings but this looks like it was returned, scratch marks around it and one of the inner raceway comes out freely. Usually these bearings have the clear oil on them not this white crap. Any thoughts would be appreciated on if it may be ok.
