This is along the lines of what you're talking about. Powder coated satin black

And Muddedtaco, I would def go with rhino line if you can swing the cash. I knew a guy years back with a rhino lined jeep...that thing looked sick

I would recommend powder coating over DIY paint job though. I did the paint first and it just ended up costing more in the long run

really? I havent really looked into the costs yet, just trying to decide what I like. I think I've made my mind up with black. The wife likes black also, so that's a plus. Im pretty sure I know somebody that knows somebody that can powder coat, so I might go that route. On the other hand, a friend in the body shop took some time on his wheels and sprayed them himself and they looked great. They didnt chip even after off roading after 6 years. I think now I'll just do some more research on paint via google and compare prices when I get a hold of the guy that knows a guy, lol

I was just naming one we discussed, probably gona go with raptor liner. That's the cheaper of the options.

Ive used it in my floor boards as well as another members floors and its held up great but for some reason I did it in another members bed and it likes to scratch up pretty easy with anything that cant slide easily.. Im also considering the same though and raptor lining mine cause touch up is pretty simple!
