help electrical problem

ive got a 04 Tacoma and I took it to get smoged and they said my check engine light was burnt out and that I needed to replace it so I did but when I put the dash back together my dash lights and turn signal don't work. every thing else works even the flasher work too has anyone had the same problem

 

check fuses if you find nothing tear it back apart and double check everything, probly a loose connector if not a fuse

 

I check all the fuses and all the connectors and couldn't find anything. could both the bulbs and the flash go out at the same time?
