'94 Fuel Filter???

Where the hell is the Fuel Filter in a '94 4X4 Manual PU???

 

3.4l or 2.7? The 2.7 is a pain as its under the intake manifold. the 3.4 should be driver side on the frame under cab.

Sorry i just read the 94 PU. ha got ahead of myself. The 22 i believe is still kinda like the 2.7 so in the engine compartment on one of the sides. and the 3.0 Im not sure exactly.

I think its on the passenger side of the engine near the exhaust manifold.

 

On a 22RE they are under the intake manifold on the passenger side. Should be able to get to it the same way as the oil filter. If it's a v6 they may be on the frame rail but I can't remember.

 

its a 3.4L

 

Not in a 94 unless it's been swapped. The 3.4 was never put in the pickups it was either the 22RE (2.2 litre 4 cyl) or 3VZFE (3.0 litre v6). The v6 will be on the driver side frame rail near the trans cross member.

 

God I miss how easy the fuel filter is to get at on the 3.slow v6.

 

94 22re is on bottom of the motor on the passenger side. access it by taking off the front passenger side wheel.
