Wonder if Toyota HQ will need to verify that it needs a frame replacement.

This pic is from when the whole buyback deal started. It's been around for years. The thing that probably throws people off is that the frame doesn't even look rusty. They don't think they have a problem because the outside looks good.

Reminds me of all the mini trucks that used hydraulics to move the bed up/down.

 

Yep, rusted from the inside out. All of a sudden you see a small rust spot and it grows in days. Looked good up until then. 15 yrs, 2 months. Got my 95.5.(RIP) Of course toyota wouldn't work with me. lol
