It varies on which coils you get with the OME kit.

    880s are stock height
881s are 2.25 - 2.5" (depending on who you ask). This is what I just put on
882s are taller than the 881s but have the same spring rate.

Ok great. Just doing some final thoughts. Anything else that I should address? I'm replacing lower and upper ball joints while I do the rest of the suspension.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Your description of your truck says your a 2wd pre-runner which means you don't have CV's

If that's the case, you still don't want to go much higher than 3 inches because it still puts stress on other joints, like ball joints. 3.5" lift is what I've read is the max for a prerunner but I'd keep it at 3 max if I were you.

Those CVs look good! Doesn't look like any of them are touching

The CV's are to help turn the front wheels on a 4x4. A prerunner has the same suspension as a 4x4 but without the CV's or transfer case.

    None are.

The fins aren't touching on the upper/inner boots either.

    I'm real happy with it.

Well the main things for prerunners to worry about when lifting is lower and upper ball joints, tie rods, and the angle at which the control arms are in. Upper control arms are focused on more than the lower control arms because the uppers also have the upper ball joint connected to them and if they are put at too steep of an angle it could cause the upper ball joint to fail. It's all the same stuff a 4x4 has to worry about except they have the CV's to consider also.

Even though I'm saying these are things to be careful with when lifting, you shouldn't over think it. If you stay at 3.25" lift or less then you'll be fine and just check these areas at regular maintenance intervals

Ok, good to know. I will be replacing the upper and lower ball joints while replacing the suspension because the right lower ball joint is bad at the moment. Should I replace tie rods as well?

Depending on miles, it could be good preventative maintenance to do while you have everything apart. But if there is no play in the tie rods then you should be good. No sense in replacing if it's not broken, but check for play in the tie rods by shaking the wheel side to side while the truck is jacked up.

Sorry to highjack, I'm in the same boat as the op - quick ?
I currently have a leveling kit on the front of my '02, is that the same as a "top spacer" with these lift kits? Thanks

Yeah lock the steering wheel. It would be best if you could get under the truck while someone shakes the tire side to side. That way you can also watch the rack boots to see if there is any inner tie rod movement. My innerspring are gone and when I shake the tire I can feel lots of play that wasn't there before.

Depends, did you put the leveling kit on? If the spacer is under the top plate, but on the coil then that's a coil spacer. If it's on top on the top plate then that would be the TPS. Post a pic so we can give you a quick answer. In my opinion a small TPS is the best way to go when using "spacers", mainly because they don't pre-compress the coil like a coil spacer does. The pre-compression is what gives the jarring/ harsh ride. The bilstein 5100 adjustable shock is another way to " level". Could this be what you have?

Sorry to bring up an older thread, but I was wondering with the OME kit giving me 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 inches of lift, is there a way to make it 3 inches all the way around without sacrificing ride quality?
