I'm about to roll past 200k in the next few weeks and it got me thinking what maintenance I should be considering.

I replaced the brake rotors and brake pads within the last 6 months.
I replaced the alternator and battery within the last 3 months.
I just replaced the water pump, thermostat, belts and flushed the coolant.

The truck seems to be running pretty well.

There is a grinding noise that appears in 2nd gear and 4th gear. I don't know much about cars, but I figure I'll change the gear oil at some point.

Changing oil/filter is part of the regular routine.

Anything I should be looking hard at?
