I have a 2001 toyota tacoma work truck and I need to change the oil on it (I hate getting ripped off at service centers). I know that this motor required 5w-30, but can anyone tell me how many quarts of oil it requires? I can't find this information anywhere. It's a 4 cyl.

    Thanks!

    If you have a 5 lug mini 2.4L engine: 2WDwith filter..........5.4 quarts

    If you have a 6 lug prerunner/4x4 2.7L engine: 2WDwith filter..........5.8 quarts, 4WDwith filter..........5.7 quarts.
