Has anyone ever removed their rear end blocks off their truck? I'm looking to take mine out since I lowered my truck in the front end from 4 inches to 2 inches and am wanting to take my 2 inch block out the back cause I dislike the "nose dive" look. Thanks for the help

I've never had blocks, but if you do remove them remember to replace the u-bolts. And get a size adjusted to the size of your leaf pack. In most cases 6.75" bolts work for lift springs. Oem I'm not so sure.

Can you elaborate more? I don't understand whatcha mean. Pics?

I've heard that some people say it stretches out your leaf springs too much if you don't have any blocks at all in the back and I've also heard that after having it lifted for such a while and lowering it back down you can cause damage to your rear end

Anyone that tells you having no blocks is bad is doing you a disservice. Take them out and replace u-bolts if necessary. Your rear end will thank you.

I know this is an old post but I was searching about removing the blocks. Why do you say rear end will thank you? It's better without blocks?
