Talking broke bolt off in steering knuckle- advice?

'01 DBL cab 3.4L 4x4 w/ OME 3" lift

I was changing out my passenger sided LBJ and one of the 4 14mm bolts had seized in the steering knuckle and broke the head off.

While the spindle assembly is still connected to the UCA,
I heated the remaining bolt sticking out 5x dousing with PB blaster each time, then tried vice grips, didn't budge. I welded an over sized nut onto the remaining bolt, doused with PB blaster and tried to remove it, the bolt broke a 2nd time.

Now should I:
1) buy an OEM steering knuckle ($100-200 unless someone on TW has a used part to sell - Please PM me ASAP, my zip is 63501)
2) have a shop in town try to remove the stud (as i'm really tired of fooling with it! ) ($200-400)
3) go with an aftermarket steering knuckle ($$$$$ )

This is my DD so any input is appreciated!

You could drill it and try an easy out on it. Are you using enough heat? Are you getting it red?Anything left to grab?

I heated it with MAPP gas and when I welded the nut on it was glowing red!
there is still about 1/2" of the bolt still sticking out.

I think I found a replacement knuckle for $50 - planning on getting it tonight and swapping it out Sat morning.

Then I can fool with drilling out/removing the old bolt at my leisure & on the workbench.
