Pulsing front end vibration

I have a what seems to me is a front right tire pulsing vibration when driving straight and speeds between 30mph and 40 mph
Truck has 3 inch coil over lift, 33 10.5 15 toyo MTs. Brand new
I swapped front diff out due to old one being totalled and now it's doing this
Any ideas?
I have greased everything

So is it a cv shaft issue or a wheel bearing? It never did this before. But I did use the cv shafts that came with the used front diff

 

Not likely a cv. Might need to pick up the ECGS bushing or dig into your bearings.

 

When you say pulsing do you mean the truck sounds like it's rolling over rumble strips?. Does the noise go away if you put the truck in 4WD?

 

See if it goes away in 4wd. If it does, its most likely your driver side needle bearing in the diff.

 

I wonder if this is causing the vibration in my truck as well??? I will try it in 4WD and see what happens.

 

I put mine In 4wd and it went away, seems like I need a bearing, what's the way to fix it.

 

Will these bearings also cause a grinding noise,when turning? Sounds like a dust shield grind but it's not
