3" lift, clear front turn signals and bumper lights, clear led 3rd brake light so far.
Hello. Needing some suggestions on this leak and other issues. Started with check engine light coming on and is was cylinder 1 miss fire code. changed plugs, wires, coil pack. Light flashes for a few seconds then goes solid or goes off. Then today getting ready to go to work and noticed a lot of fluid under truck. It is coming from the passenger side back corner between block and head. No sign of antifreeze and oil mixed. Also never any sign of over heating. Also found a few cracks in exhaust manifold.

Any ideas about leak or code. Thanks
Going to get a new manifold tomorrow.

Does look like the possibility of a leaking head gasket, which yes, can be external. You may not have noticed a change in temps due to it being a slow leak, especially if the radiator and reservoir are still full.
The only thing I'm noticing, and not sure of, is that it's not red/pink, unless you are running green coolant. I'd suggest pressure washing it, checking your reservoir and radiator levels, and drive it for a bit while checking frequently to verify the leak.
