Hello out there, I would like some help. When my a/c is turned off and get to a stop and every time my windshield wipers slides up and down, the truck vibrate a little more than usual, I feel like an rpm drop. Any help will be apreciated, thanks.:

Try cleaning the IACV. It's under the throttle body.

It is a very known problem with an automatic transmission. Clean IAC, clean MAF, change intake temp sensor, change coolant temp sensor, make sure you have a clean air filter, check for vacuum leaks, make sure you have no CEL codes.
How many miles are on the truck, have you checked compression on all cylinders and have the valve pucks ever be checked for clearance? Also, change the plugs and wires if you havent already.
