    Pull the plugs fist then see if it cranks no sense wasting fluids if the engine has to come apart.

    Why wouldn't it crank? The starter has plenty of torque to turn even a bent rod. Unless you were running high rpm, you haven't bent a rod. You are hydro locked. Pull plugs, turn it a few times and change the oil. I locked up my 89 runner and it ended up getting better gas mileage on the way back from the beach. Swamped it in one of the puddles in the Carova neighborhood.
