Propane? Maybe. Water? No. Water/methanol injectors are for decreasing combustion temps and reducing ping under high compression/boost. Generally used for turbo/superchargered engines.
Basically you make a tank of water and introduce a pos and neg electrode to send a charge through the water (use salt to increase the water conductivity). Apply power and split water mol into H2 and O2. Connect a hose from the tank to the manifold and the suction will draw the newly created H2 and O2 into your combustion chamber.

This was originally sold as a way to convert your car to run on hydrogen. Didn't work and most companies that sold the kits were sued into the stone age by investors and clients. Now I guess the idea is "increase fuel combustion" by increasing available O2.

    Problem is two fold:

1: The amount of gas actually produced will probably be very small, especially when compared to the amount of air going into the engine.

2: As Jason pointed out, the electrical load will probably add a .1-.2 HP drag on the engine depending on the electrical load you use, which would more than likely eliminate any gains.

OP is beating a dead horse. Its been disproven multiple times as has the "100 mpg carburetor" mentioned earlier

Hydrolysis is not perpetual motion.... Hydrogen is a fuel. Perpetual motion is motion with out external energy once started.

Why is this garbage in the 1st gen section?

IIRC I was in 7th grade the first time we split water and was surprised to learn it is made of flammable and explosive gasses. I stopped being surprised since then. Because I'm not 12 any more

I am still surprised that a scam started in the 70's is still going strong and the resurgence every time gasoline increases in price.

Don't know where "OP" came from. Anyway, not a dealer - not a scam.
