Hesitation on startup

Hey everyone, Iv'e been having a problem with my tacoma and I can't seem to figure it out. Hopefully some of you guys can help me solve this problem.

2001 Tacoma, some of the mods are:
5vz
TRD supercharger
TRD 7th injector
walbro 190 ( about 2 years old)
IK20's and NGK wires (have about 8000 miles)

The past couple weeks upon startup regardless if the motor is hot or cold, the rpm's will drop down to about 750 and idle rough. After about 10 seconds it idles normal. Other than that everything is fine. I dont get the high idle that decreases as soon as it starts anymore.

I thought it was the injectors at first because i had one of them go out a couple months ago. ( fiveomotorsports is not getting my business anymore )
So i sent my stock injectors to RC engineering (highly recommend) but its still doing the same thing.

A buddy of mine said it might be the tune but the TRD piggyback is not tune-able to my knowledge. Only other thing i would guess is the thermostat is stuck open.

Any ideas?
