Strange problem

So last night there were 2 times I thought my truck kind of shifted funny, almost double shifted kind of, well today when I was driving it felt like my rpms were lower than usual and my rear differential lock light started blinking. I don't have a rear diff lock and was driving around 35 when it happened and after I stopped and parked to pick something up I haven't had the issue since then. Is this a sign of something? Anything I should get checked of worried about? Truck has 160l and is 2.7l auto prerunner

 

check fluid levels, if they are ok bring it to the dealer to get it on record something isn't right so if it goes out later down the line there is a record about it
