Tool box

Hey guys,
I'm in Florida right now and looking to pick up a toolbox for my truck. Truck is back home in Maine, but I can get a toolbox cheaper down here so figured I'd grab one here. I searched the forums but couldn't get anything to come up, anyone able to tell me the dimensions I should be looking for? I have an 04 double cab...

What is the width of the bed rails? Don't want to get something too wide... Plus height it's important with the wheel wells in the bed right where the box will sit...

I just recently got one of these. Love it so far. In the pic, it has a flat and square bottom, but in person, it goes down at a slant and then flattens out at the bottom to clear the wheelwells. Bought some clamps from Pepboys so that I didn't have to drill into my bed as well
