This is a whole other animal than not getting fuel.

You said you checked all the relays and fuses.

Is power not getting to the connector at the pump or to the relay?

    Is the relay good?

Can you bypass the relay and power on the pump?

Can you manually energize the relay to power the pump?

Have you traced the harness from the connector back to the main harness for any breaks?

What was the old pump doing prior to replacing it?
