Clutch release point getting higher?

    Hey guys new to the site, scooped up an 03 taco 2.7liter 4x4(140k 5sp manual) few months back, prev owner was unsure it was origianl clutch, recently after a few times light off-roading (putting it in and out of 4 high) ive noticed the clutch release point getting very close to top. Any ideas on how long i have left? Also good clutch suggestions?(trucks a daily not usually towing things, some light off roading, slightly larger tires over stock). Also the best diy post for step by step swapping it? (i have decent mech knowledge and have done a clutch before just not in a taco) Thanks !
