What brand are the uniballs? Ill pass if made in China. Im skeptical when parts are shiney; it usually covers up sub-standard materials

    Hmm Interesting,

I just sent off this list of questions to the seller about the A-arms.

Can I get the technical specs on the upper A-arms?
What type of steel is the tubing made from?
    Welding/fabrication specs?
What material and brand are the bushings?
What size, brand and country of origination are the uniballs?
    Coating type?
Where are these A-arms being manufactured?
There is a group of us from Tacoma world forums who are interested in these.
    Thanks for your time,

Will update when I hear back

Dont think anyone should expect the quality of some $700 brand name arms. The balls and bushings are replacable and cheap. I may end up ordering a set when my car is sold and my toytec lift gets here.

Looking at their ebay store it looks like budget boost central.
Dont be surprised if the seller doesent know any of it.
Just shocks me they're selling uca's with a budget boost spacer kit.
For the price of that whole kit you could almost get some billies and springs.

They look like a camburg knock off. But for that price, man, so tempting. Except I already have camburgs. Ha. Idk I think you should get em and let us know!!!! Question is though, do they sell replacement parts for them!? I would expect the arms to be fine, but yeah the uniballs and bushings would have to be replaceable to be worth it. I paid like $700 I think for the camburgs. But I have the peace of mind that they WILL last and can get parts for it, IF, I ever need em. If I had found these before I got the camburgs, I def would've taken the plunge. I would expect them to last as long as they're worth. Then I would've just upgrade when that lifetime ran out if that was the case. Curious to see the specs though.

Edit. Wait, were you saying the parts ARE replaceable for these or were you referring to the name brand ones?
I also think that you should consider the type of abuse they'll be subjected to. If you are just wanting to use them for proper lift/clearances, for a daily driver with maybe light off-roading, then I think you should go for it. But if you do any serious offroading or trail running/prerunning, then I'd say pass and invest in something more trustworthy and proven. Even if you gotta wait and save more even after your lift arrives. And like another member posted, you may be able to replace the uniballs with some name brand, as long as they fit. If not, return them;)

The seller got back to me and answered a few questions. The ebay seller themselves are the manufacturer so these are usa made. They use 1" replacable uniballs. With over 2000 feedback recieved the seller has no negative ones. Searching the web ive found on a ford forum a few guys tested them without any problems and basicly said they were a camburg copy and surprisingly well built.

Good to know. I may look into getting a set after you tell us how yours work out.

Yup. Bushing sleaves arent long enough causing premature wear (easy fix by getting longer sleave or shaving down bushing) uniball itself will only last a few months. Uniball and bushing can be replaced with brand name parts.

Sweet I think I am going to pull the trigger on a set, I need new tires but don't want to buy them until I get my ball joint angles and alignment straightened out. Did they help get your alignment close to where it should be? They seem pretty legit especially if you don't like buying names and stickers.
