Pulsing vibration

    1998 tacoma ex cab 4x4 5 speed 3.4
    teuck has a consistent pulsing vibration when driving 55 mph and below. Goes away in 4x4.

    Is it wheel bearing or that needle bearing? Are the needle bearings hard to change and where can I buy one
