Dashboard illuminates with ignition off

Hi Guys,

I'm new here and would like to get some advice on what could be going wrong. When I have the ignition off and key out, the dashboard and indicators illuminate as well as it rings the warning bell. When I turn the ignition on or start the car, it all works correctly. The dummy lights are all glowing and it seems to be very irregular, I've never seem anything like this. I thought maybe water got in or a mouse did some damage but it all works perfectly when the car is running. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Does it stop when you turn on the lights? Could be in your stalk switch.
